You need to contact the AU Uni you want to attend, they need some way of knowing what equivalent level you are in AU, so that's usually things like exams and transcripts. Being an AU Citizen you will have access to HECS and also no visa issues. You will be an AU student not an International student so make that clear when you contact AU unis.

So all i need to do is contact an Australian University from here in the Philippines and like ask them what they would need to see for me to be able to be enrolled ?? So i guess i go to like an agency here in the philippines to help me out right with all the requirements?

Well basically to the AU Uni you are an AU Citizen living overseas so none of the requirements for International Students. However you do need to show them transcripts/exams that show what level you've achieved to be equivalent there. So that means contact the Uni first. Not sure you need an agent as there are no visas involved as they are for most overseas students.

Also I don't know what you mean by agency. Best to find out what is needed from the Uni first.
