Default Front-loading meds for online application

Hi all! Does anyone know if this can be done?

I see that for an online applic we need to use the "online" version of the meds form rathe than the regular one, but where can I get that online version if we haven't been able to start the application yet.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

D

Hi Debvax,

I think you will need to print off blank forms and fill them in. I say this because you are required to take the forms with you to the medicals and x-rays as they need to be signed by the doctors and you on the day of the medicals. We had our medicals done before we submitted our application allbeit we did not do ours online I think that the procedure would be the same. The doctor that we used kept the forms and forwarded them to London on our behalf. Once we had arrived for our x-rays and meds and handed over the forms we did not see them again. The Doctor forwards them for you and they are kept safe awaiting your application.

Hope this helps.

Karen
