Getting a good job is possible if you set clear criteria and follow through. If you however jump for the first offer available you might miss out on the real BIG money.
Also, avoid the big cities - the money is in rural Australia, atleast that is what I have learned ever since I moved here.

Here projects come and go. If you understand construction, you will obviously know that a single project might have well over 20 contractors doing all sorts of things.
The company I work for is always recruiting and that is common with all other companies.
You just have to be in the right place at the right time with the right qualifications and attitude. That is all it takes.
I gather you are still in Europe, if yes, then you might find it hard to find work as employers prefer meeting candidates face to face.
