Default CO angry on me ???

Dear Friends,

I am CSL and state sponsored (176 VE). I lodge my application on 16th June 2009. My medical was finalized on 16.8.2009. PCC and spouse IELTS are also submitted. My Job verification also done. But in my online status all documents are still “required". I sent a PLE to my CO , he answered me following,

My CO write :

" This visa application is currently subject to certain internal checking processes that could possibly take many, many more months to complete.
Accordingly, there is no news to give you now or for the foreseeable future. You will be further advised in due course. In the meantime, thank you for your patience.

... the fact of being CSL and State sponsored does not alter the need for and length of time of the internal checking processes; once those are completed I will then review the status of all other matters including health etc, and you will then be advised accordingly as to such further action as may be required

Yours sincerely,
XXXX

"

Dont know why he angry on me , and whats the internal cheeking . My job verification already done two months ago , they came to my office physically and found me on the spot.

Any body have any idea about my case ?

Thanks

I don't think he is angry. But your case is taking a little bit longer than usual Bangladeshi applicant cases. Maybe you have some specific case in your life, somewhere you worked or studied which is taking longer than expected time to response to DIAC. Please be patient, that is the only thing you can do now.

Nope, I didn't read into it that your CO was angry with you, just giving you an update on the situation. Shame he/she didn't confirm that at least they'd received your docs though, just to put your mind at ease.

Well, I should not really mention it but it is the truth, these days they are checking any and everyone from Pakistan/Bangladesh origin. India isnt any better either. Any and every high risk zone is taking time

anj1976..I don't agree with you at all, most of the Bangladeshi applicants got visa within a very short period of time(4-7) months. It is even faster then Indian applicants. But its true, pakistani applicants are really facing the music.

I haven't seen any physical verification for any Indian so far.
Also if they are considering the HR factor, there are numerous application from all over India, will they cross check each n every1????

Thank you very much all of your supportive suggestions. I don’t have any bad record in my life. When they come to my office in Chittagong there were one Bangladeshi and one Australian guy. After they came to my office they found me I am also one of the owner of my company. The Bangladeshi guys ask me I have to prove that I am working in my company as an engineer. I demonstrate him my lab and lots of working project. Unfortunately that day we were shifting our office so it was not well decorated. I don’t know is it a reason they not satisfied on me.

Anyway the main reason I am hurry now is that, I got a scholarship from Nottingham University, UK. The subject I got “Electrical Alter net energy engineering’’ is my dream subject. The course will start from 15th September 2010. I want to know if I get my grant letter after go to the UK and if they give me very short time to enter Australia then what I will do? Is it possible I can stamp my PR visa from England or I have to back my country again for stamping visa on my Passport? Should I inform my CO about this scholarship ? I will go with my wife and 3 years son.

Thanks all of my friends
