Default Visa Time Lines for Applicants

Hi,

I want if you people share your Visa Application time lines especially Pakistanis & Indian Candidates as we belong to same region (Though currently Pakistan is on a more Critical level) and if you would like to share your views/information regarding delay in your Case, if Any. So that we have a crisp picture regarding Current Australian immigration time lines particularly for above mentioned region.

I have applied on 7th May, 2010 so its to early to comment on my Case, currently i am optimistic but bit scared from different cases came to my knowledge.

@ satpal123: That is pretty quick & congrats.

@ sriikanth: I do know about "beupdate" , i have just started this thread to share & discuss, if there is any delay that is because of delay from Applicants or from DIAC. And if that is due to DIAC then whether that delay is procedural or due to something like "Low priority Zone" bla bla.

Being a member of this forum i wanna discuss here so members here may be able to have a better look on .

Correct me if i am wrong

Dear Shah.

I think we are talking about very few odd cases where is a issue regarding delay from DIAC. if any one is on CSL list within 3 months from lodging the application a case officer is assigned irrespective of from where we are. The delay is caused only to non csl applicants.

Better suggestion is get your medicals done and pcc from all the countries that you lived in the last 10 years. I didnt do that and I am now waiting for my Kuwait pcc.

p.s : what happened in the semi finals man I am still shocked cant believe what Australia has done.

In Pakistan i can't do medical unless CO asked me to do. In India you guys are relax in this regard. I know some of my friends whose medical & PCC have been done & waiting from last 4-5 months or more

@ Semi Final,

Australian are Camps and they played like camps, Yeh it is shocking but ultimately it was a superb game if we look it as a game, Basically we Pakistanis & Indians take it as a matter of life & death.

Arshad, trust me, it isnt as green as you think it is in India. It is more or less teh same. To the most the delay is of one month. They are becoming strict when it comes to verification etc but they are doing their job.. Recently someone got a grant in a month. the person (Har****a i think) applied in april and got the visa in april itself which was shocking..
