Default visa 309 advice, plz advice me

hi there
i need some genuine advice,i am on 176 visa sponsored by south Australia, I am here from last 7 months and couldn't find continuous work, from last 1 month I am sitting at home,so i want to change state, the other problem is that my wife has applied visa309,so i have few questions if someone can help.
*if i move state now is it gonna effect my wife's 309 visa
*when we change state the state immigration writes you email, does they forward those details to DIAC as well
so what i am worried about is does all this change gonna effect our 309 visa.

Guys your advice will be much appreciated.
Best Regards

Well you must contact the state department and inform them about u being there for 7 months but not being able to secure a job. at times they do consider if u show them enough proof that u are trying and that u are unable to manage a job... They give u a waiver as a special case if you have managed a job in other state. a friend did this and he moved from adelaide to victoria.
no harm trying
