Default ACS Skill Assessment

Dear All,

I need your help with the ACS assessment. I had applied for the assessment under ANSZCO Code "System Analysts" as I am currently having the same title.
I had started off my career as a programmer having graduated in Computer & Information Systems Engineering.

The Case Officer recommended that I should change my Application from Systems Analyst to "Analyst Programmer". I did so but in the final result ACS has not given me credit for my current employment saying "Not closely related to the Nominated ANSZCO"

My previous job titles are "Technical Consultant" and "Software Engineer" for which ACS has given me the credit but for Current Designation of "System Analyst" it is rejected although my job role and description is exactly same. It is just that the title "Programmer" is not available in the organization hierarchy.

Any help on how to explain this to the case officer will be much appreciated. I tried explaining this situation but they require me to file a Review for which I have to pay the fees again
