Default ACS >> RPL >> Experience at the time of EOI

Hi All,

Wanted to know which experience would be considered at the time of submitting Expression Of Interest (EOI) ?

a.) the exp. at the time of submitting ACS skill assessment

or

b.) the experience at the time of submitting EOI ( as this would add a few months of additional exp. )

regards,
aravind

System will take the experience till you submit the EOI if the last employer does not change. Because this employer might be accessed by ACS.

I have got my ACS assessment with an overseas bachelors and 2 years overseas experience. I have been working in Australia in a related occupation part time for close to 10 months now. I am planning to lodge EOI in a couple of months after I finish my 1 year Australian experience. Can I claim points on my Australian experience?

Thanks
Kranthi

Default Overseas vs Australian Experience

I got my ACS result last week. As I had applied via RPL my total experience was reduced by 6 years.. Now my experience is counted from Nov 2008.

I came to Australia in Aug 2011 so based on the new date (Nov 2008) I have not completed 3 years at overseas. Also I have not completed 3 years in Australia. But overall from Nov 2008 I have 5 years experience.

Is there a way I can claim my Australian experience as overseas?

Basicall from my Work Experience I need 10 points but unfortunately due to the calculation I am loosing out on points..

Please help...
