Default GSM Australia Study requirement + ACS assessment question

Hi there,

I've been trying to figure out if I qualify for a GSM visa 189 (Developer Programer), but after much research, still a bit confused. Would be great if someone can shine some light or point me to a migration consultant.

Here is some basic info:
Aged 25 - 32 [30]
IELTS (not yet taken) [10] (conservative guess)
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration 15
Australian Study* [5?]
*I have a diploma of Website Development from TAFE, completed in 1.5 years. Now studying graphic design (6-month course). Will I be able to claim points for Australian Study?
If not, can I take up another (graduate) diploma in Software Development and claim points for that?

Also, would I pass the ACS assessment? Their website lists that to 'pass' the assessment, I must have skilled related to the nominated occupation.

Greatly appreciate your input on my situation! Thanks in advance.

Thanks. I hope you are right! (as graphic design is not exactly closely related to my nominated occupation -developer programer).
