I am looking to move to Australia. My occupation is on sol list and I have an Ielts of 8. My problem is that i am irish but have been living In New York for about 11 years. I lost my visa about 2 years ago but stayed on anyways. I currently get paid in cash and have no proof of income.

Is it possible to still get visa approval ?

You lost your visa? What does this mean? You overstayed in New York without a valid visa to stay?

If such is correct then thi probably will have a bad effect if you apply for a PR.
