Default Partner's skill assessment expired

Hi all,

My partner's skill assessment was issued by ACS on 7/11/2018, and it's valid for 2 years. Her skill assessment cannot be renewed as she doesn't meet the work experience requirements from ACS anymore. I'm claiming partner's skill points in my EOI for 189 and 190. My questions are:

1. Can I continue to claim 5pt for partner skill after my partner skill assessment get expire? I saw from Iscah saying that partner skill assessment can be valid for more than 3 years when claiming partner skill points.

2. If I receive an invitation before 7/11/2020, will be there any problems with my visa application as my partner skill assessment get expired during the processing of visa. Will CO asks for the renew of the skill assessment?

Thank you!

1- I don't know.

2- I don't think so as the DHA stressed on that the Skills A. Should be valid at the time of invitation and didn't mention that the assessment should be valid until the decision is made. Plus, I never heard of someone who have an app with DHA and the CO ask to renew the skills assessment.

3- You're welcome

1. No
The moment the ACS assessment expires, you have to stop claiming points
Iscah is wrong if they have said so

2. As long as you get the final invite before expiry, you are safe
CO cannot ask you to get a renewal

Cheers
