Default ACS rejection

Hello guys ,my application got rejected from ACS Australia
Reason as per my assessor is that the income generated by the business is not up to level of ICT professional in India.
My question is that is their any level set in India???

Who is your employer and how big they are? Do they have a established business and strong financials? If it is a small company that does not have an established foothold as an ICT based employer, then ACS will not be able to verify the same. Not sure if ACS has any benchmark against this.

On what basis they will check. People might be working with small company which might be a payroll company & deployed in MNC.

In this case, how does the ACS will check?

We cannot be sure of that. However, if the OP can do some research on information that is available about his company in public domain, that might give a clue.

I'm not sure ACS has outlined their criteria on assessing the Company Financials.

If it was indeed a Payroll company deploying resources in MNC, OP has to support it with proper documentation. He can even claim to be a consultant with MNC and attach relevant documents.

If we are working as a payroll employee for an MNC. It would be difficult to get relevant documents from the MNC. Only our payroll company can mention that we are working in an MNC

You can still get a Statutory Declaration supporting your claim
