Default Subclass 186

Anyone waiting for 186 visa. My employer nomination has been approved and I have lodged my 186 visa on 27 July 20. How long does it take to get the result and what are the chances of positive result? Thanks

Itís not a priority code but as you are onshore, you stand a chance of an early grant
Anyways, you would have got a bridging visa, so nothing to worry as such

Cheers

Hi Chiranjeev,
I am at the nomination stage right now. How long did you nomination approval take after filing?

May I know why haven’t you filed nomination and visa application together earlier? That way you might have got visa also granted along with nomination approval. Regarding processing times, if you have got all documents submitted and medicals done, it may take another 6-12 weeks for visa grant.

Cheers
Ram

Hi Ram,
I know I should have done that but due to some consequences I had to file nomination only. Is it 6-12 weeks after medical and all documents during covid 19 time as well? Or in general. Thanks
