Default 190 is Victoria still accepting EOI's? Can I lodge EOI to any other states?

Dear Expats,

I am going to lodge my EOI this week and would like to apply for 190 Victoria in addition to 189.
I am a software engineer with positive ACS and currently working in Melbourne in IT.

1. Is there any other requirements I need to satisfy to apply for 190 Victoria
2. I cannot find info if Victoria is still accepting applications, any leads?
3. Am I eligible to apply for any other state?

VIC didn't stop accept EOIs. You can lodge a separate EOI for VIC and wait for the pre-invite.
Steps are clearly mentioned in Live in Melbourne site. You have to follow the guidelines of ICT applicants.
