Form 1359 (Request for international movement records)

Hi Folks,

I was going to apply for the Request for international movement records (Form 1359) as I needed it to submit it for the exemption from Lifetime Health Cover Loading fee but I
am a bit uncertain one question regarding date of first arrival. My first validation trip after I got my PR was on Sept 2017 but I was in Australia as a child in 1985 accompanying my parents.

So I am not sure when should I mention my first date of arrival as? I only remember the year when I was here as a kid (no supporting travel documents of that time with me now).

Any suggestion from the forum members?

TIA
