Name discrepancy in Service Letters and Visa applciation

Hi,

I have commonly used my middle (second) name back in my home country and one of my service letters issued to me used my second name in every place where it's mentioned my name.
Only the header includes my initials and the Sirname. X. Y. SirName. Every other place Y name.

I have got this corrected but they have addressed the letter to ACS so I believe I can't submit this to DHA along with my VISA application.

Now I'm having a really difficult time to get a new service letter and I don't think they would provide me a new letter soon.

so I was wondering is it ok to provide the service letter which mentioned my second name or if it create any unnecessary drama during the process? Almost all my other documents include both of my given names.

TIA
