I don't remember the limitation mentioned in the MSA booklet off the top of my head. But whatever you do, do not exceed it by more than 10 percent.

Better stick within the word limit. Whatever they are asking you to describe in a cdr can be done within the word limit that they have mentioned. No point in exceeding it, you would probably be given a not yet competent outcome.

They also take into account your professionalism and writing skills. If you can't follow a simple instruction as a word limit, I highly doubtful the outcome would be favorable to you. So just be careful and follow the MSA booklet to the dot and you will be fine.

Cheers

Also, I don't think you are suppose to have calculations in the cdr. Have you read the MSA booklet before writing your cdr?

You don't need to write a novel in your CDR to prove your experience and skills. Be precise as EA officers are experts in your fields. Sometimes too much info can backfire on you.
