Default Any solution to being incorrectly sponsored under the wrong ANZSCO in the past?

Hi guys,

Brief summary of my situation: my employer wants to sponsor me for a 186 but can't because I don't have 3 years experience on the same ANZSCO - I am 10 months short.

However, during my first year in Aus I was effectively working in the same ANZSCO as the following 2 years but I was incorrectly sponsored under a different but related code. It essentially relates to seniority (same profession), I was offered a more junior position but when I arrived I was placed right away into the higher role, but this was not changed on my visa by the employer and at the time it didn't occur to me to ask them to do so.

Is it possible for this to be amended on the visa in retrospect?

If not, would a letter from the employer potentially suffice for the DHA?

Consult a good Mara agent
It will be money well spent

Cheers
