Default Visitor visa

Last year October(1st October 2018) I have applied for tourists visa i got in November(8th November 2018 with not more than 3months stay condition) in the month of December(28th December 2018) i came to Melbourne. I never stayed more than 3months travelled to India twice and once to Thailand. the day before my visa got expired i came to india ( 7th nov 2019) i am planning to apply for visa again in the month of December is there any chance of rejection?? MY husband 189 visa got rejected he is in MRT waiting for hearing. my husband's 189 got rejected on 11th October 2018. we both can show funds upto 10l and my husband has a good job there with good income.

You have practically lived in Australia for the last 1 year on a tourist visa, although you technically didnít break any conditions
To apply again so quickly would raise suspicions in the mind of the CO that you are not a genuine tourist
Consult a good Mara agent

The lawyer can’t change facts staring in the CO face that you are not a genuine tourist
