Question Production Engineer- RPL- VETASSESS

Dear Forum Members, Please help with following questions
I have following qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Technology B.Tech. (Production Engineering)
2. Masters in Business Administration MBA(Human Resource Management).
I have more than 14 years of work experience as ICT business analyst. I want to get my skill assessment done for AZNSCO code 261111 - ICT Business Analysts.
Question:
1. Can I go for general skill assessment or I need to go thru RPL route.
2. If I go for general assessment and ACS suggests me to add RPL, in that case do I need to pay full fee again or for RPL only?
3. If My qualification is assessed to be Non ICT, in that case do i need to do anything else to claim points for qualification.

Thanks in advance
Regards
Ajay

I am presuming you are going through ACS

1. Most probably RPL route
2. No idea
3. You can get your degree assessed with Engineers Australia and claim 15 points

Cheers
