Default Work skill assessment NSW

Hello everyone, I am from IT and I am working as a developer. I am going to reach my 1 year and be eligible for claiming points for PR next month. However, I have a few doubts to clear. My company is relatively small in size, and we don't have a dedicated accountant/HR. Hence, while generating my payroll, my boss did a few mistakes on the tax while providing a salary. Also, he hasn't paid superannuation until now due to that issue. While I told him that, I need it to claim the point for my PR, he said that he will write the letter to immi regarding the issue. Now, I am just worried will it gonna be a problem? I am just worried, I have already spent 1 year of my precious time. I need a bit of advice from an expert. Thank you.

How much is the error in the payslips and tax ?
You have to post the complete details of the discrepancy
How much you should have been paid , how much you have been paid
How much tax has been paid , how much should have been paid
How much salary has ben paid in the bank , and how much should have actually been
Will the employer deposit the superannuation anytime soon ?

Cheers

Well, I don't know how much it should have been, and that's not the point I believe. I just want to know whether it's gonna cause a problem or not. My boss told me that superannuation can be added in a bulk as well. I just want to know whether it's true or the immigration will create a problem?

Any discrepancy may cause a problem

It’s best to consult a Mara agent

Superannuation should be paid at least quarterly.

You should absolutely know exactly how much your salary and other entitlements are, especially as they relate to skilled employment claims, so you can ensure the evidence you provide is accurate when cross-referenced against each other.

As NB said, any discrepancy is a potential issue.

Invest a few dollaroos in a reputable MARA agent vetting your paperwork and advising next steps.

What I deduce is that neither him nor his employer are really sure how much he should be paid, and so they can not calculate the paye and the super
He is getting paid on adhoc basis which may have worked in circumstances other then immigration
