Smile 485 Subsequent entrant

Hello there,

I am a 485 ( Post Study work permit) Visa holder and now, I want to apply for my wife and children as the subsequent entrants who is currently in Bangladesh. However, I have figured out that it is not possible to apply through immiAccount. So, it must be a paper based application.

Can I submit the application in Australia?

What is the usual processing time for 485 subsequent entrant? Could not find anything in HomeAffairs regarding this.

TIA.

Heya - yes it has to be paper based using the following form:
https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/form...forms/1409.pdf

According to DHA - https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visa...udy-work#When:

"Bringing family
Members of the family unit can also apply to join you in Australia as a subsequent entrant after we grant your visa. They can be in or outside Australia when they apply, but must not be in immigration clearance.

Family members applying for this visa as subsequent entrants need to complete Form 1409 Application for a Temporary Graduate visa (651KB PDF).

When posting the form and documents, use the correct pre-paid postage.

Elsewhere on the internet this is a thread for 485 SE applicants - the processing time seems to be 3 to 12 weeks, here is the latest timeline I could find in case it helps:
