Default PR Activation while being in Australia

Hi All,

Can someone please help with the below query, if there any official's / unofficial way to do this efficiently.

- My daughter got approved for her Child visa (101)
- She's currently in Australia on Tourist Visa, which is valid for another 6 weeks.
- Is there any way, she can switch from Tourist visa to Child visa without having to leave the country?
- Or going out and coming back is our only option to activate the Permanent Resident visa?

Please check your immi account, her tourist visa must have been cancelled as one person can't have 2 different visas.if she has received her PR then it means everything has fallen in its place and she doesn't have to travel anywhere.
