Hello Brothers,
I got my grant last week, and I am had completed my assessment as Construction Project Manager with VETASSESS for Full Skills Assessment and the outcome is positive.
Right now i need to be a member in Board of Professional Engineers of Queensland (BPEQ) Knowing that, i'm not a member with Engineers Australia (EA)
Please can you clarify what is the procedures and steps to be a member with (BPEQ)
Regards,

Hi, you dont need to be a member of EA for becoming a member of BPEQ.
If you seek for QLD visa, then first you need to get another assessment from EA which is different from your skill assessement from VETASSESS. It is called as NER. You should open an account on EA and apply for a NER assessment. The NER process is clearly explained on EA website.

Once you obtain your NER certificate, you should send it together with a filled and signed registration form to BPEQ by post. After they receive your documents, they will register you as an engineer in BPEQ (title: RPEQ).

There is another institution for having an assessment (instead of EA). I dont remember the name but the application process is the same with it.
