Default National identity card vs Other identity documents

When filling visa application, in step 3, there is a question, Does this applicant have a national identity card?. So I answer this question as Yes and entered my national ID card details.

Then, on the same page, there is another question, Does this applicant have other identity documents?. Under it's help, it states this includes birth certificate and national id card.
So, should I create another entry here for my national Id card, even though i entered it in the previous step(I will have to select the type of document as Other because national Id card does not come as a option in the drop down even though help says that)?

Can anybody please answer this question. I am so confused. I am applying on my own and do not have an agent. So I really need help on clarifying this question

You have already provided your national ID, no need to add it again. All that is going to happen if you do is the CO will receive two attachments of the same document.

These questions are at the 3rd step of the visa form, not at the document upload step. So I should not enter my national ID details for a second time in the visa form right. Is that what you meant?

If you have already mentioned it in the form there is no reason to mention again. It is what I did and there were no issues.
