Default Job Description for a sponsored job

Hello Everybody. My company have an office in Sydney. they want me to go there, before end of the year. They didn't started anything, but they just ask me if i am insterested, i said yes. I think they will start the process during August.

I have reviewed all visa (complicated...) and i fall under 482. My job is System Administrator, but , my job name on the contract is System Engineers III (III refer to senior). I have the right to apply for a 482 visa but Short Term.

I am searching a way to get the medium term. My question is very simple. Can I submit my application as System Analyst ?

Another question: a lot of jobs do not require an Assessment. How Australian Gov is supposed to check that an application is legit ? For example, what if an it technician , with help of his company, submit an application for a Network Engineer ?

Last question (sorry): sound idiot but... before expiration of my 482 short term, can I submit a new one ? Like a new process ?

Thanks for the help !

The job description is not important
The roles and responsibilities is important
You have to check the Anzsco code your RnR fall into best and act accordingly
In ict , applicant can be suitable for many Anzsco codes as the line between them is thin

If both the applicant and the company decide to defraud the visa system, then it erodes the trust system on which the entire system is based
It is not advisable

You can apply for another visa before the expiry of the 482.
The moment the new visa is issued , the 482 will stand cancelled

Cheers

Thank you. I clearly understand. I also found that if the gov agent reviewing your case is suspicious about this applicant, he can ask for a skill assessment.
Also, yesterday, i found that my job can also fall under Computer network and system engineer, even if i dont still understand the meaning of this job name.. In France, you are Network Engineer, or System Engineer...

As I said Anzsco codes in ICT are highly overlapping
You can check the requirements under each Anzsco codes individually and see which suits you best
Donít compare the Anzsco codes with other countries
Each country have their own systems and you have to follow it

Cheers
