Default Evidence of Employment if company is shut down for 189 and 190

Hi guys,
I'm in process of getting ACS assessment done.
My company 2 is shut down and I do not have any letters except payslips and tax returns.
I know one mate who worked there and he is ready to provide a statutory declaration.

So what other docs do I need for ACS or after an invite from this employer?

How long did you work in this company?
How important is this experience in your points table ?
Do you have the offer letter and the relieving letter ?
Do you have all the pay slips ?

Cheers

Hi NB,
Thanks for the response

How long did you work in this company? 1 Year 8 months
How important is this experience in your points table? I may lose 5 points for the experience
Do you have the offer letter and the relieving letter? I do not have either.
Do you have all the payslips? I have altogether 14 payslips and 6 payslips are missing (6 Payslips include first 3 payslips of starting the career)

I would not claim points for this experience even if I would have lost 5 points

Extremely risky even if ACS gives a positive assessment which they will probably not give

Cheers

If you still have contacts with your colleague or manager you could get them to write a letter.

You should've had a contract or some form of offering letter.

Yes, I got the contact of an employee who is ready to provide me a Statutory declaration.
I worked at client location and I have contracts between my employer and clients talking about position etc.
