Default vetassess

Hi,
I have submitted Vetassess application for full skills assessment on Jan 31, 2019 and received a call for the interview on 1st May 2019. I have received a negative outcome today, 7th May 2019.

the reason they stated was that my job roles and responsibilities do not match the occupation I selected.

What are the options I have now ? Any help is highly appreciated.

thank you!

HI,

Which occupation did you apply for? if you are confident that the negative outcome is incorrect, You can ask for reviewing the decision by providing more supporting evidence.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
The occupation is "Customer service manager".

The Roles that they stated missing, are already mentioned in the referral letter provided by my employer. I'm not sure why they haven't considered that.

Also, I wasn't aware they would call me to verify the roles. I was not in the best position to attend the interview at that moment and did it anyways as I did not have an option to ask them to call back again.

Regards,
Tejaswi

Thanks for the suggestion.

I'm not sure if going for a reassessment will make any difference. Will they call me again ? or go by the previous call?

Regards,
Tejaswi
