Post Closed company experience proofs

Hello guys,

I am in the process to get 5 points of my partner and get the invite in May round (if current invitation rounds follow) So naturally, I have started gathering all the documents to submit.

I am in a pickle right now, I worked for a company from 2009 to 2017 and later that company got closed last year. It's even mentioned on their current website.

I have all the proves like joining letters, RnR, salary slips, bank statements, appreciation letters by company and clients etc.

I want to ask this, do I need to inform CO that company closure or not? If yes, Do I need to mention it on Form 80 or there is some other form available for such cases?

Or Do I need to submit SD from my previous colleagues?

I've spoken to my previous HR manager who signed my RnR letter and even the owner of the company, they are willing to sign a letter that I worked for the company for the specific period. I am just not sure what to write in the letter and even if it's necessary.

Please guide me what sort of documents do I need to attach (if any) and how would i tell this to the CO.

Thank you very much.

In form 80 in the employment section under the company name and address, you can write company closed

During the online application also, you are asked to fill the company details, and there also you can mention it

How big was the company, and what documents do you have to prove that the company closed down ?

Cheers

Thanks for the reply NB. I don't have any closure proofs except it's on the website. The company size was around 40+ when I left.

Do I need to get a SD from my HR or owner of the company as well?

I presume you are claiming points for this period

So it is better to get as much evidence as you can and upload it beforehand

Cheers

Yes, I am claiming points for this period. I've plenty of proofs to claim points. I just wanted to know where would i tell CO about this closure and what evidence i needed to show. I'll still get an SD from my previous boss and submit it also.
