I'm a little confused.

I would love to chat it up to a CO over a telephone, but, I use a very expensive cellphone.

So, are people on here simply completing the entire process via email.

OR, do you have to at some point talk to a CO "voice-to-voice"?

If the latter, at what point during the APP did you first call up your CO?

Tbh, you can ask this question on any other thread and people would respond to you faster I believe.

Secondly, your service provider is expensive you mean?Expensive Cellphone like?? The one Paris Hilton uses?? LOL... International calling is mostly expensive unless you have some special number or calling cards.

Anyway, there is nothing like you "have" to talk to a CO voice to voice...After you apply people just keep waiting for correspondence from the CO side, it could be a grant directly or the CO can ask for more documents. Either way, the world wide web is used by the world and not just the Americans!! LOL..

Seems like the whole process is designed to work online. What problems do you have, that you need to solve on the phone?

No - they won't call you. If there is a concern, the method of contact will be by email. Why do you need to talk to them on the phone?

You cannot speak to a CO over the phone. The farthest you will go on phone is the assist team (reception).

Oh, I didn't know that. I was basing my response on what I was told when I would call.
