Default Question regarding docs submission to CO

Good day,

I have received an email from immi.gov.au notifying me of a case office assigned to me.
I have viewed the email attachment "Request Checklist.pdf" and its asking for Evidence of
Health and Overseas Police Clearance - National.

This are my questions:
1. How should I submit the documents? Should I email it to the case officer?
2. Or should I attach it to the site https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/elp/app?login, just like
all other documents in which I have uploaded?

The CO also requests for the Evidence of Health "Meds"
However, as I know it, the medical clinic in which I have done the medicals will
be the one to forward the medical results to Australia and I can't see the results.

How would I know if the CO has been able to receive my MEDS?

Thank you very much and I hope you could give me some help on this

Hi mabilasik,

I sent all documents to my CO via email. You are right w.r.t. the medical examination results - the clinic should have submitted these in the eHealth/eMedical system. You can send the CO receipts from your doctors or just provide the dates and clinics of your medicals. (S)he will then look for the results in the online system and maybe contact Global Health to query if they have been received in paper form.

We just found out through our CO that our medicals cannot be located in the system although we got them done almost two months ago. Make sure to ring your panel clinics and ask if they experienced any problems with the electronic upload...

All the best,
Monika

Hmm.. I did my medicals on 30 Jan in Zürich. The doctor sent the results to Berlin Embassy on next day. But my CO did not receive it yet. I sent mail to Berlin embassy but no reply.
I will send the details of my doctor to my CO today. In fact my CO never contacted me after the first mail.

Hi sleepyeyes,

as far as I know the medicals should not be sent to the any embassy but to Global Health in Sydney. Our CO wrote:

Quote:
Please check where the papers had been sent - the correct address is

Global Health
DIAC
26 Lee St
Sydney NSW 2000

- not Adelaide or the Australian Embassy in Vienna.
Phone the embassy and ask if they can forward the results to Global Health.

All the best,
Monika

Hi Monika,
Thanks a lot for the information.
I just called up my clinic. They said some visa subclass, they have to send the documents to Global Health and for some subclass to Berlin Embassy.
For for my subclass (189), they have to send to Berlin. Now I will contact the Berlin Embassy.

I think it is correct that 189 and 190 visa medicals are sent through Berlin, same procedure applied to me last October. It took about 2 weeks for the medical results and then only a few days after my CO allocated them in the system. I would phone the Berlin embassy. Did you do the medicals after the medical referral letter or did you do them before?

Ok. We did it with form we download from the link on the TRN site. It form has the names and the TRN number on it. So I think it is a matter of time.
Anyway I will call the berlin embassy tomorrow.
Thanks a lot kahuna

I got response from Berlin embassy.
Your medicals have been received by the Berlin office. Since the applications were lodged in Australia, we are unable to update the records. We have therefore referred the results to Australia by diplomatic mail.
Hopefully it would a matter of time when the results are uploaded.
