Default Complete Application

Hoping to go for a direct grant and upload everything at the same time as paying for Visa's.

I have all the documents ready to go, Police check in now and medicals next week, but the only one I'm not sure about is "Genuine relationship evidence"... is this a must for all applications? Together 21 years, 2 children. I Don't keep any household bills etc after 12 months. Bank statements I guess ok and mortgage statements?

Also, husband hasn't done english test but is British and I have his passport and birth certificate... will this be enough?

Thanks, appreciate your advice!!!

Yup that is enough. Do you have any registered marriage certificate available? Please upload that as well. You said you have joint bank statements and joint mortgage statements, they would work too.

As mentioned in your other thread, if he is a citizen from UK with his passport, that is all he needs to claim the Functional english criteria as per the link I advised.

Upload as many docs as possible to aim for a direct grant. All the best wishes.
