Default Polio Cert Requirement for Onshore Pakistani applicants

Hi,

I have seen on this website and immitracker that many Pakistani onshore applicants for a 190/189 visa are being asked for a polio certificate if they spent more than 28 days in Pakistan in the year before application for a 190/189 visa. I have been to Pakistan three times in the past year, but I spent 18, 22 and 26 days there respectively. Does this mean I won't be asked for a Polio certificate, or is it a cumulative number of 28 days that they count?

Thanks, cryoguy

Most likely it is cumulatively, similar to how days are counted for PCC.
