Arrow Doubts regarding skill assessment for 261111: ICT BUSINESS ANALYST

Dear all,
I am Computer Engineering graduate and Degree awarded to me is B. Tech in computer engineering. I have secured an admission at JCU Brisbane for two-year Post Graduate by coursework degree, MBA- Leadership Program.

My long term goal is to settle in Australia. I want some guidance regarding the job occupations which would help me to settle there as soon as possible after my masterís degree, with this academic background.

The one occupation I am working upon is Business Analyst (will do a closely relevant job for one year after studies).

I need some help and guidance to get positive POST AUSTRALIAN STUDY SKILL ASSESSMENT for 261111: ICT BUSINESS ANALYST.
The ACS assessment criteria for my case says, it needs an ICT major content which is closely related to nominated occupation with 1-year relevant ICT work experience / a professional year program after completion of relevant Australian Qualification to get Post Australian Study skill assessment.

So, my question is that,
 Will a one-year business analyst job after a MBA degree from Australia will make me eligible for positive skill assessment under 261111: ICT BUSINESS ANALYST category or not?

 My B. Tech degree covers all major IT subjects while MBA will cover all Major business subjects. Can I club both the degrees and claim it as an ICT Majors or not?

Is there any other occupations that I should consider after above mentioned academics. Please help. POST AUSTRALIAN STUDY SKILL ASSESSMENT.
