Default Not Claiming Points in EOI for already accessed Skill validation ACS

Hi,
I do not wish to claim points for my current employer, since my HR is not willing to co-operate and he claims that it is against companies policy to provide any RNR document or even confirm my employment in case of any employment verification.

Can some one please help me with answers for the below questions

1. Is it ok, not to claim points for my current employment even though ACS has provided a +ve assessment for the same. my points is going to go down by 5, I am willing to sacrifice for the risk it involves.

2. Since I am not claiming the points for the current employment, is it mandatory to submit the RNR (SD Current employment) which I produced for ACS, during my VISA filing?

3.Its ok to submit all the documents for the experience which I am claiming right? rest I will just submit the offer letter, Payslips and form 16. Will that suffice?

Thanks for the patience to read and answer.
Regards
Venkat

1. That's your decision. A lot of people don't claim.

2. No.

3. Yes. For all experience you are claiming points for - submit everything you have.
3a. For what you are not claiming, you can ignore completely or submit whatever you like.

Thanks andreyx108b!
My points has dropped to 70, but anyway its worth the risk.
What do you suggest, currently I have filed only for 189, should i file for 190 also ?
or with 70 still I have a good chance?

Thanks
Venkat
