Exclamation CO request for Form 815

Dear Friends,

Recently CO has requested me to provide health undertaking for one of my kids by filling up and submitting Form 815. Is it necessary to certify as a true copy of the filled form 815 before submitting to ImmiAccount.

Anyone can share experience ?

Thanks in advance.

If you can make certified copy it is good. If not possible send good quality color scan. That should work.

While I submitting Form 80, Form 1023 I did not make their certified copies. I have scanned the document with color including signature pages and attachments. Did you certified form 80 as true copy before uploading ?

You simply complete the form and upload it, you do not need to have it certified.

I have forgotten to mention HAP ID in the Form 815 and uploaded it in Immiaccount. Is that ok? Coz HAP ID section was under 'Office Use' only. Will the CO come back again?

Please help

Hi Digi,

Thts not a problem. Even you have done it in a correct way. If there are no other mistakes, your visa is near by. You will get your grant soon.

Thanks!
