Question Business Analyst or Project manager to qualify 8 years of experience

Hi all,

Thank you in advance for your being patient with me.

I submitted my application to ACS for assessment, the result came as follows:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Your skills assessment ****** has been assessed as NOT closely related to the nominated ANZSCO code.

The assessor has made a recommendation that your application is suitable for ANZSCO code 135112(Project Manager) or 261111(ICT business Analyst).
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I was aiming for [ Software Engineer: 261313]. Below is my Summary :

MCA :-2002-05

Lead Technical Systems Engineer, ABC ltd. :- Feb,2006- Nov,2010 (4 years 10 Months)
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership Provides technical leadership to software engineers by means of coaching and mentorship throughout E2E software delivery and support, maintenance, and lifecycle to achieve project goals to the required level of quality. Promotes team engagement and motivation.
- Task management Provides input to the software engineering managers for resource needs, milestones and risks. Gets task assignments from the Software Engineering Manager. Define work breakdown structure. Plans and leads task execution by assigning software engineering to tasks, ensuring effective delegation, monitoring tasks, identifying risks and handling mitigation and escalations.
- Analysis & Design Analyzes and provides input for the requirements and provides impact assessment for new features or bug fixes, product integration and 3rd party interfaces. Makes high-level design and establishes technical standards. Performs issue analysis with the customer technical team.
- Communications Represents/leads discussions related to product/application/modules/team. Build relationships with internal/stakeholders. Represent the team in front of the customer.

Business Analyst, XYZ ltd. :- Dec,2010- Sep,2015 (4 years 9 Months)

Project Manager, XYZ ltd. :- Oct,2015- Aug2016 (11 Montha)

My position and Query: I am willing to proceed with assessors recommendation to go with ANZSCO code 261111(ICT business Analyst). But my question is how many years of experience they will consider as business analyst?

Thanks.

What do you need to do, in case the ACS ask you to change your code from submitted in the first place to a proposed one?

Do you need to re- create an LOR or just reply to them saying I am fine with your recommendation.

Please advise?
