Information for Vetassess assessment

Hi all
I have just joined this forum as here i have got most relevant and upto date information about Australia immigration.
I have a plan to do so but have some questions for Vetassess assessment procedure.
First of all i have two post secondary degrees, a two year B.Com in 2006 and a 3 years ACMA qualified in 2011, where i am also associate member since 2012 of ICMAP.
I also have more than 7 years of experience as internal and external auditor.

my question is whether Vetassess would rate these two degrees combined as Australian bachelors or equivalent?

what are my prospects of getting 15 if i submit my application?
