Post HR Fresher

Hi, I moved to Australia last year and am going good in my professional career (IT - developer). My wife has done her MBA in Human Resource from a renowned college in India, however is a fresher and has been struggling hard to get a job in Australia for past one year. It has been one of those odd years.

I was wondering if there is some short term/correspondence course that she can go for, to get an Australian reference in her resume. I think that may help her in getting a job in the local market here.

I came across AHRI, but not sure if that is the right direction. May be someone here can direct me in this regards, as to how can I assist her in achieving what she is striving for.

In the worst case we may consider going again for a Masters degree in HR from Australian University, I think cert III or IV courses are even below diploma/graduation. And as such, not comfortable going for it if you already have a masters (doesn't matter which country). On this I would like to know if someone has an experience on how open Australian market is for an Indian HR
Are there good chances for her to get a job if she is a promising candidate, or is this sector not the one where much migrants find a lot of success?
