Default statutory declaration for EA assessment

Hi Guys,

Thanks to all , getting support on my queries in this forum I am now in the possition to apply for my EA assessment by next week.

though have few more queries prior to applying for EA assessment
Statutory Declaration :-During my work exp of 8 years i have worked in almost 7 different company payrolls.
Have got roles and responsibilities letter from 4 of them but not able to get from my current employer (which was my also one of the previous employer) as currently its yearly increment time and don't want to have negative impact on my current job in case my manager not happy on asking for the letter).
Have planned to go with SD because of it but confused as to what I can mention in the SD as to why I am unable to submit my Reference letter from the company.
Also what all supporting document from my senior colleague would be required while giving the SD and Reference Letter from him.

Also does SD actually work as bit worried since in total 3.5 years out of 8 years are dependent on it.

Please someone help me on this .

thanks in advance.

EA assessment is based on your qualification and CDR reports, if you check in EA FAQ's, it's clearly mentioned that work experience is mandatory to apply for the assessment. There is no concern for your profile in terms of experience to apply for EA at least.
