Our electricians just finished our rewire to day - it was over 10500 and we had an extra cost in that the main power cable had to be replaced. Enedis charged 1100 for that and then the electrician had to trench and put in a new house cable to get to the box Enedis had located on the property boundary - that added another 1600. Finally I had the 'puissance' changed and converted to single phase, another 130.

Budget accordingly but as everyone has said, nothing is happening right now so you couldn't get the work done if you tried.
