Ultimately, what everyone is trying to say is that the non-essential bits of the economy here are just plain shut down at the moment. Electricians are working - but only on critical jobs meaning those where someone has a specific urgent problem that jeopardizes their ability to continue living in their home. (Same goes for plumbers and other services related to home repair and maintenance.)

I'm afraid you're going to have to wait until the situation changes here - until then, there are no sales of houses and no rentals going on until the confinement rules get lifted. That is going to take some time. But the "good news" (hey, you take was you can get these days) is that since nothing is being processed at the moment, you're unlikely to "lose" the house by delaying your offer until we get past the current crisis and things start to come back to a semblance of normalcy.
