I am going to need to use the scanning service if the new application process involves making special files and reducing file sizes. I just don't know how to do all of these things. I can copy a piece of paper but that is it.

If my application centre doesn't offer scanning, I will have to go to another one that does so just wanted to know if all centres did offer scanning.
