From the documents how to evidence a pension, it looks like only two main documents are needed (assuming you have one type of pension), see attachment.

1. Official documentation confirming pension entitlement and amount;
2. At least one personal bank statement in the 12-month period prior to the date of application showing payment of the pension into the person’s account.

I am not sure if this is correct and latest requirement. Maybe someone can help to clarify.
