Yes, it is a good idea to start now, scan all documents to your desktop ready to upload when the time comes.
We have a 2-year-old daughter, born after the FLR M was granted in 2017.
What evidence should we submit for her? I have pre-scanned the certified birth certificate and in the house inspection report, there's a sentence that she lives with us.

Also, where can I find the actual appendix for ILR supporting documents, the GOV website is so vast.
