1) Progressing an Express Entry application (assuming I qualify for enough points)

2) Receive a job offer from a Canadian company? i.e. would a job offer circumvent the lengthy & costly application process...

Many thanks in advance!

Firstly, unless youíve got very special skills urgently needed in Canada, the chances of acquiring employment from offshore are very limited to none.
Unfortunately you didnít disclose your age. If under 30 you may qualify for an IEC Visa. This would get you into Canada with the strong possibility, after one year of Canadian experience, to apply for Permanent Residence status.
Good Luck.
