house exchange- spain for uk?

Hi, would anyone like to exchange a 3 bed, 2 bath villa in elite area of Costa Blanca for similair in the uk (preferably Devon)? Nothing is selling quickly in either country and swapping could solve a mutual problem

realistic i think...am now of the opinion expect the worst and hope 4 the best as far as property markets are concerned!!!

am renting in the uk at the moment but would prefer to sell up in spain and buy in the uk ...thanks for the advice though

Hi Housesearchers

We have a lovely semi-detached 3 storey family house - 3 bed/2bath/1shower Situated in the Spanish area of Torre de la Horadada, Costa Blanca. Just outside Torrevieja and close to San Pedro and the Mar Menor Shops and Beaches nearby. I am interested in exchange for a 2/3 bed property in England.
