Would anyone be interested in working in Dubai in Financial Services?

I want to live and workk in uae's anywhere
Really my only desire is this now.
I'm preparing for university exam now in Turkey.
I'll study for civil or mechanical engineer in turkey but i'm searching for scholarship for to study in UAE...
i understand numeric jobs.Thats i can work as financial worker.
And but so this question not for me at the moment :'''(........
