Hello, I am affraid i cant be of much help in your sector, but all along the coast there are many bars and restaurants, and the most demanded works in the area are for services( restaurants, shops, bars, etc), but I am affraid I cant be of much help!

Try looking in the popular news papers of the area were you are planning to stay, for example sur in english for la costa del sol.....at least I was adviced Is as good place to look for jobs and publish them!!
good luck!
