Hello, we are seeking for a person to fill one position, we offer contract, nice accomodation onsite so no need to drive to work( 2 bedroom apartment with terrace and wifi conection ) and a base salary.

We need a fluent english speaker with spanish, his duties will be to receive guests in a condominium, sort problems, maintainace, gardens(gardening skills considered), swimming pool maintainace, among others(painting, cleaning, what ever may be needed on a day to day work).
Must be a resolutive person, good with clients and numbers,basic computer knoledge, organized, and flexible in work hours.
